Logo Design: SSU

The Smart Start Up is a logo that was designed for a client through Elance. It was actually a web logo that was created on the first attempt to the satisfaction of the client. I love when this happens. One of the hardest parts of being a web designer and logo designer is attempting to match the creative desires of the client and it always thrills me when I am able to hit the nail on the head with the first attempt.

When it comes to logo designs, it is important to know the ultimate purpose and possibilities of the design. Will the logo only serve web based needs or will it need to be used in print, large formating, advertising, business cards, and extensive internet marketing?

I work close with the client to make sure I am creating the vision they had for their website. After the logo design is completed, I have a good foundation to build a website in terms of website color, website style, and website audience representation.
