Logo Design: Check Mate

The Check Mate logo was an Elance project that was created for specific client. The client was looking for a web based logo that was mainly black and white. The client also wanted the logo to have a touch of color because of the nature of the business but wanted the logo to be sleek yet on target. This logo only took only a few attempts to find what the client was looking for and was satisfied with the end result. Some clients do nothave a full plan set up when they know they want to start a business. There are those that are not ready for a website yet are looking for a logo to build off of that will help define their marketing.
